CELINA JAITLEY was born on june 9 1981 at Kabul(Afghanistan) to a Indian father(army officer) and Afghan mother(former beauty queen).Even her brother is serving in army.She too wanted to serve army by becoming a doctor/pilot.She was the finalist in Miss Universe 2001 contest and Miss India.She got the Mtv most wanted award.She is my favourite model :p
 

FILM CAREER:After becoming miss India opportunities came to her as usual and she debuted in the bollywood with Janasheen in 2003.Though she didn't have much hits she is considered more of a model than a actress.Her recent movies include Golmaal returns and Money Hai to Honey Hai.Jaitley is slated to play the character of an Iranian princess in the film Quest of Sheherzade along with actors Sean Connery and Orlando Bloom. The film is based on Arabian Nights and will be directed by Ken Khan. This will be Celina's first venture into Hollywood. She is also the brand ambassador of Egyptian tourism and D'damas.



Family: Her family is mainly military oriented.Her brother vikrant, a captain in the army, who was posted in Lebanon with the UN peacekeeping force.He was She likes the place Cape Town(south Africa ) the most.She wanted to settle there in future.Her favorite actor is Aamir Khan, and favorite actress is Aishwarya Rai.
